How much will shipping cost?

We use FedEx, UPS or USPS to ship your orders. Shipping costs are determined by (1) the type of shipping (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air), (2) your distance from Marquette, MI, and (3) the weight of your order. The shipping charges will be displayed at check-out time and you can choose the shipping method you prefer. The average shipping costs for Ground service are about $9 per order. Expedited shipping rates are higher. For low quantity items, like single name-tags or name-plates that weigh less than 13 ounces, we do offer 1st Class mail as a cheaper shipping alternative. Please note, though, that 1st Class US Mail may take longer and cannot be tracked like our other shipping methods.

When will I get my order?

Generally, orders for nametags, nameplates and office signs will be filled and shipped out by the next business day. If there is a problem with filling your order, we will contact you. For orders over 100 items, please allow more time for processing. How long the shipping time takes depends on where you live. Click on the "Shipping Estimator" on the banner (above and on right) to get an estimate of the delivery date and cost for shipping your order via Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, Overnight, and Postal Priority.

How much does engraving cost?

At QuickNameTags there is no additional charge for engraving and we don't charge per character, engraving is included in the price of the item. There is a one-time $30 set up charge to add your logo to items, though. This covers the cost of our graphic artists to adapt your artwork to fit our engraving and/or printing processes.

Can I order by phone or fax?

Absolutely! If you do not want to order using the internet, you can fax your order to us at 906-228-9865. Or you can call us toll free at 1-866-200-1234 Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or Friday 8:00am to noon Eastern Time Zone. However, we prefer you place your order using our web site. Our systems are very automated and the website does a lot of order processing automatically, which will speed up your order and increase the accuracy. Our web site is very easy to use and gives you several chances to review your order to correct any mistakes before we get it. If we place an order for you from a fax or phone, it takes more time and, even though we are very careful, because we are human, there is always the possibility of an error.
