Privacy Policy

At QuickNameTags we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, a phone number where you can be reached during business hours, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.

If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you as quickly as possible, either by phone or email.

 

Credit Card Safety

When you order, we transfer to a secure server before collecting your credit card information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts then sends your information securely. Your credit card information is used only by Authorize.net, a credit card processing company. We never store your credit card information. 

Additionally, we use the Address Verification System (AVS) to verify the billing address matches the address of the credit card. We use other resources and procedures to ensure all orders are valid.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

Damaged items

If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the damage. Please save the original package and the packing material – We may need to have the box returned or inspected by the shipper. We will ship the replacement items by FedEx Ground, 1st Class Mail, or Postal Priority – our choice. If you need them faster, we can do so, but you may be charged the difference in shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products we send you. If you do not like your items, we will gladly remake them with any necessary corrections or exchange them for any other item on our web site and either refund or charge you the difference if there is any difference in price. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and let us know what you would like to do. You will be responsible for the return shipping, but we will pay for the shipping of the new item(s).

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment completely. If your order has already shipped, we will issue a partial refund. Because we custom make every order and the items we create cannot be reused, if you return an order, a refund will be issued, less a 50% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping and your account will be credited upon the return of your order.

All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping

We stock all parts for the products we display on our web site so we can manufacture and ship your order either the same day we receive your order or by the next business day at the latest. If we do not have enough items in stock to fill your order immediately, we will contact you and provide you with an alternative we can ship immediately or get your approval for a 1-2 day delay while we procure the parts.

 

Communication

We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a tracking number. If at any point in the process you need to clarify your order, please e-mail or call us.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% is collected on orders sent to addresses within the State of Michigan.
