How much will shipping cost?
We use UPS or USPS to ship your items. Shipping costs are determined by the type of shipping (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air), your distance from Marquette, MI, and the weight of your order. Our average shipping costs for UPS Ground service are about $9 per order. Expedited shipping rates are higher.

How long will it take to get my order?
Generally, orders will be filled and shipped out by the next business day. For orders over 100 items, please allow more time for processing.

How much does engraving cost?
At QuickOfficeSigns there is no additional charge for engraving, it is included in the price of the item.
There is a $30 set up charge to add your logo to items, though. This covers the cost of our graphic artists to adapt your artwork to fit our engraving processes. Once we have your logo in stock, there is no additional set up charge.

Can I order by phone or fax?
Absolutely! If you do not want to order using the internet, you can fax your order to us at 906-228-9865. Or you can call us toll free at 1-866-200-1234 Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone or Friday 8:00am to noon.
We prefer you place your order using our web site, though. The website does a lot of order processing automatically, which will speed up your order. Our web site is very easy to use and gives you several chances to review your order and engraving instructions to correct any mistakes before we get it. If we place an order for you from a fax or phone, it takes more time and, because we are human, there is always the possibility of an error.
